Farmers’ Federation of Cooperatives Limited (FFCL) is a transformative multi-state cooperative federation dedicated to strengthening India’s rural economy through collective ownership, responsible enterprise, and inclusive growth. Registered under the Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India, FFCL operates within the framework of the Multi-State Cooperative Societies (MSCS) Act and aligned institutional ecosystems.
FFCL brings together PACS, MACS, and farmer-led cooperatives across India into a structured national federation that promotes value creation at every stage — from farm inputs to processing, logistics, energy, sustainability, telecom connectivity, and digital finance.
Rooted in the cooperative principle of “created by the people, for the people,” FFCL combines traditional mutual strength with modern governance, research partnerships, and scalable business models. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to generate sustainable rural prosperity while ensuring that wealth remains within communities.

Democratic Governance Model
FFCL follows the principle of “One Member, One Vote.”
Decisions originate from grassroots assemblies and move upward to divisional congresses and the National Cooperative Assembly.
Our structure ensures:
-
Bottom-up decision-making
-
Wage equity and inclusive growth
-
Reinvestment of surplus into innovation and solidarity funds
-
Transparent and accountable governance
This model ensures that capital serves labour — not the other way around.
Innovation & Research Commitment
FFCL allocates a dedicated share of value toward research, technology adoption, and cooperative education. Through partnerships with leading agricultural and scientific institutions, we promote:
• Hydroponics and climate-smart agriculture
• Biochar and soil regeneration technologies
• Carbon credit and sustainability platforms
• Digital finance and fintech integration
• Innovation labs and cooperative training centres
We believe sustainable growth must be knowledge-driven and future-ready.

Scale & Impact Vision
Over the next decade, FFCL aims to:
• Reach 500,000+ farmers through cooperative networks
• Generate thousands of direct and indirect employment opportunities
• Expand renewable energy and circular economy initiatives
• Strengthen India’s food processing and agri-value chain ecosystem
• Build international cooperative alliances
Our goal is not just expansion — but responsible, inclusive, and measurable impact.
Global Partnerships & Collaboration

• Green energy and climate finance
• Agri-tech and precision farming

When farmers unite, communities prosper.
When cooperatives grow, nations strengthen.
Together We Shall.
